Urgent! Info needed for H1 Stamping

Hi,

I have H1 stamped on my and dependents passport and valid till Aug 2018. Meanwhile, I changed the company and got new petition. My family has to travel to India next week, since this is unplanned and medical emergency I did not plan for stamping. Do my family needs to get stamped with the new peitions or the existing stamping can work? Please help!!
