Hello Everyone,
I have a few Visa related and Status Conversion queries:
Previously, I was working with Employer A on H4-EAD, I have a stamped H4 Visa, my visa and EAD is valid until May'19.
I got converted to H1-B in July this year so currently I am working on H1B with Employer A. My current max out date is in Dec'18.
I now want to switch back to H4-EAD and join a new Employer B. I have a couple of questions on my status conversion:
- Can I leave the country and enter back on already stamped H4 visa to change my status and then join the new Employer B with the same EAD that I had before (valid until May'19)
- How else can I change my status quickly?
- Can Employer B or any other employer get my H1-B visa transferred sometime later from Employer A? Can Employer A cancel my H1-B visa in the meantime?
Please help me with these queries so that I can plan how to convert my status to H4 again.
