I140 approved with another company and going for H1B visa interview for another one

I will be attending an h1b visa interview in December in India. I have H1B from one company and I140 petition approved from another company. Will this be a problem?

H1 and I140 are two different things. I140 is for future employment,, while H1b is for current employment. Unless you are seeking a H1 extension based on an approved I140, they are not related.
