Hi All,
I am hoping to get some clarity on travel to india and back.
My Current I 797 Is valid Until September 2018. However, during my last visa stamping, I got Stamp until 11 Jan 2018. (Most probably because my Passport is valid until December 2017. I have a new one now)
I have plans to travel to India before date on my I 94 expires and hope to come back early January 2018. Since my stamp is valid until Jan 10, 2018, my question is can I enter the USA right until Jan 10? Or Do I have to be at the Port of entry way ahead of stamp expiration date?
