HI All,
I received RFE due to "The beneficiary must be present in U.S at the time of filing in order to be eligible for extension".
i went vocation and came back to U.S on June6th but my employer filed my extension before i come back to U.S (USCIS received on June5th).
my employer told we can submit the apologizes letter to USCIS. we have 10days new born baby. please advice what could be the best solution and what % of VISA denied?
