H1B for a teacher ?

Hi

I have obtained a Teaching Credential from California State University. So I have all the qualifications needed for an elementary school teacher in California. Only thing I dont have is a work permit. I am on H4.
Can someone guide me, about how to obtain/apply for H1 B for teaching profession?
