Hi,
My case was received on 11th april and I received the acknowledgement soon after that. But my H1B visa is not approved yet. USCIS website says as below:
I-129 Petition for A Nonimmigrant Worker H-1B - Specialty occupation - Visa to be issued abroad July 1, 2017
Is there anyone for whom H1 B visa got approved after 10th Apr. Also, please suggest whether I should be going for premium processing or not as applications till Apr 10th are processed and mine was received on Apr 11th.
