H1B Extension receieved 2nd RFE

Hi All,

My H1B Extension received a 2nd RFE on 17th Oct.
1.Is it common to receive 2nd RFE?
2.Anyone has received 2nd RFE recently?
3.What are the typical documents asked for by USCIS in the 2nd RFE?
4.Also my 240 days period after I-94 expiry will exhaust on 26-Nov-2017, so will I be needed to travel back even if the petition is pending USCIS decision?

1. Not common but not rare either.
4. You need not leave but you cannot work.
