Hello,
I am in US with H1b visa valid till Sep2019 and i work for the same employer but moved to a different project/client in different state so they have filed amendment for me and its still in progress(filed before 2 weeks), now i have an personal urgency to go to India and if i go, i need to go for stamping since i don't have most recent/valid visa stamped in my passport. Can i go for stamping with just the amendment receipt? will there be any problem in coming back or stamping? if i can go what all the document that i need to carry? please help!
