Hi all - I am sure this issue has been covered on the forum before, but I wasn't able to find an answer.
I was previously under an H1B with Company A (expiration date is in 2019), and was terminated in August - so my 60 day grace period is up and I am considered to be out of status. If I receive a job offer from Company B, are they able to initiate a transfer of the H1B, or would they have to initiate a new process for a H1B/TN?
