H1 B Visa Stamping in Karachi - Pakistan

Hello guys,

I'm leaving for Pakistan End November for my wedding and this will be my first time going back after my h1 so I will have to get my h1 stamped. I cannot find much threads on karachi/islamabad h1b visa stamping. I would like to know how long does it take to get your visa if approved and what the chances of it getting approved or rejected?
