Good Afternoon,
In my case, the amended H1B petition got expired on 25-Oct-2017 and the stamping expiry date on H1B VISA on passport is 31-Mar-2018. But my previous H1B petition date has expiry date of 31-Mar-2018. So, I am eligible to travel now or else I need to file a fresh petition and after its approval only I should travel? Currently I am in India, but I had travelled to US in the past for two occasions. Please advise.
