Good afternoon,
My H1B amended petition got expired recently, but my H1B VISA stamping on passport is valid till Mar 2018. Currently I am in India. So AM I eligible to travel to US? I had travelled to US on two occasions in the past. My previous H1B petition is valid till Mar 2018. If I get an opportunity with a different client, can I travel to US by filing my H1B amendment for this new client and travel with H1B receipt of petition? Or else I need to file a fresh petition for this client and wait till the H1B petition is approved and then only I can travel. Please advise.
