Hi Friends,
I have a quick few questions on H4 Visa.
I am on H1 and in the month of Sep'17 my employer applied H1B ext for me and I thought they are going to apply for H4 as well, but now when I asked attorney they said didn't applied for H4 Ext for my wife and its been 2 months she is out of status.
I have asked my attorney and they gave me 2 options:
1. Go back to india and once my H1B approved she can go for H4 Visa again.
2. Apply for H4 ext from here but its not positive these days.
Can someone helped me on this what steps should i take now ?
Should i inform to USCIS about the situation and send her back to india.
What are the chances for her to get H4 visa once she will go for stamping ?
If someone faced this kind of situations please do help me on this to go smooth.
