Can't Find Unique Account Number or Visa Fee Collection Slip

Hello -

I want to apply for a US Visa appointment at New Delhi Embassy. I filled
out my DS-160 form and logged in to USTravelDocs website. On the website,
after filling in personal details, I'm being asked for Receipt Number.
There are no payment options.

To pay the fees, I need the Unique Account Number (for NEFT Transfer) or
the Visa Fee Collection Slip for paying at Axis Bank. I can't get access to
either.

Please help me! I need to book the appointment soon.
