I was wondering if somebody had any information regarding this.
My wife's online application for getting an appointment has gotten stuck due to some technical problem (I will explain the problem later in case anybody else has had the same case).
Now is it possible to get a new receipt (by paying hdfc again) and starting a fresh application to get an appointment? Do they allow multiple receipts per person?
I would really appreciate if somebody could help.

Problem description - when we were filling the application, we said no to the BEP user id question. But later when we completed filling DS156, to our surprise, we saw one more person's name (and filled forms there). Then we deleted that person's profile (by checking the box next to it and clicking on some 'delete application' button). Then we saved our application to come back again. This time when we try to open the application by giving the name/passport details, it says that we have already registered using a BEP userid/passwd and need to provide that
We never gave any of that to begin with.
Has anybody faced similar problem with the vfs site?
