    Need Urgent Help

    Hi Team,

    Currently I am in USA on H4 visa. I had H1b visa which expired on Aug 2017.

    I have used only 5 months of my H1B visa in US in 2016 and went to India and again came on H4 last month.

    Can I convert/transfer/file my H4 to H1B. Am I eligible for cap exempt?

    What need to do to get H1B again. Please suggest.
