is it good time for transferring H1b to new employer if we have job offer?

i have a offer with a big company but i have to be on W2 with them.
is it good time for transferring H1b to new employer in this current situation of RFE's.

I do not think there is a good or a bad time.
My 10 cents on this.
Earlier I have resigned from a Old Job and joined the new one even before the I 797 was approved.
But with the current RFE's I would not do that before seeing the approval notice in hand.

That may be the wise thing to do while switching.
