Hello All,
Based on my I-140, my wife has applied and awaiting her EAD. My H1B is due for extension in Jul 2018 and so her H4.
If I switch the employer now, can she renew her EAD based on an old I-140, until I get a new 140 from the GC filed by the new employer.
