Question regarding H4

I am on H1B and I recently changed my employer. My old H1 petition has been revoked and new H1 is pending. My wife is on H4 and she has visa stamped till 06/10/2019 (based on my old H1B petition). My wife went to India a month ago and planned to come back on 12/09/2017. Can she come back now or does she need to wait till my new H1 get approved?
