H1b visa stamping delays at Mumbai consulate applicants

Interview date 30 Nov, 2017
CEAC status> Case created 28 Nov, 2017, Case updated 30 Nov, 2017
VO said that the visa approved and will get update in 7 days.

However, no response til date. Any experiences around this date ?

similar case here: case created 11/16, fingerprint verified 11/29, case updated 12/01, no visa stamping yet - status till date "Administrative Processing".
