  • Travel through a company other than the Visa petitioner from Outside US

    Hi Friends,

I work for Company "A" since 14 years. I had been to US, worked for 3.5 years and Company A filed EB2 PERM application.
I returned back to India 8 months back due to extension denial. Through Company A, even though my EB2 initiated and ongoing, getting Visa & travel would take at least 1.5 years and its a long process.
While in US, I got H1b through Company "B" considering dilemma on extension approval and stamping also done from India recently.
Now am in confused stage whether to "quit A and travel via B" OR "travel via A by transferring from outside US itself" (I didn't travel using this H1 so far)

Can I get my H1 transfer from B to A -- without travelling at least once on Visa through B ?
May I know the process and probable implications if any?
will this impact Port of Entry or Future extensions or PERM application (due for Approval by Jan'18 and then I140 process starts)

I am looking for some light/inputs on these questions as I am yet to quit or continue.

    Thanks,
    Dhan
