I applied for H4 and H4 EAD along with my husband's H1B extension in premium Processing on Nov16, 2017 at Nebraska service center. My husband's H1B got approved on Nov24, 2017 and I have received receipt numbers for both H4 and H4 EAD. But I have not heard back on applications since then. Ideally atleast H4 should have been approved/ processed along with H1B but it doesn't seem to work like that. Is there anyone else in same boat? Have they changed this rule of extending the PP courtesy to H4 dependant? Any input would be helpful as the wait is getting troublesome!
