H1B selected in lottery but RFE not replied

My H1B visa was selected in the lottery but my employer did not reply to the RFE before the deadline and also does not want to continue with the visa application. 1) Can I get it transferred to another employer? 2) Do i need to go through the lottery again? please help!

If the RFE reply date is passed, you literally got your H1 revoked.!
You should have licked your employer until your H1 was approved & you have couple of payslips (if you are in US).
You have no options left, just find something else now.
