Hi friends,
I have come to US 2 months bk, till now my consultant is not able find a client.
And he has not paid me any salary. Now I am unable to Transfer my H1 to new employer because of no pay stubs.
few days bk due to some issues b/w my employer and me. so ,my employer now says that he is terminating my employment. What can I do in such case?? Can i still transfer my H1??
