  • Can I transfer my unused H1B visa which was revoked in 2015?

    Hello All,
    Hope you are doing good!

In 2014, I was on H4 Dependent Visa. Employer "A" filed for my H1B visa which was approved for 3 years. But due to family emergency I couldn’t start the job and revoked the Visa in 2015.

Finally after a long wait in July 2017, I got a job with Employer "B" on H4 EAD.

But now that H4 EAD will be terminated in January,
    1. Can my existing Employer "B" transfer my H1B Visa which was approved and then revoked in 2015 by Employer "A"?
    OR
    2. Does my existing employer “B” needs to file for new H1B in April, 2018?

Going back to square one of unemployment status has knocked down my dream to work in US, so looking for possible options. Hope your insight will help me to move in right direction. Thank you in Advance!

    Regards,
    I Arty.

Same here. I have h1b valid from 2016 to 2019. But it's never activated.
