Hi,
I am currently working for a cap subject employer and has approved visa I94 till Nov 2018. Recently got an offer from a Non Profit, Cap Exempt Employer for a Full Time postion. Have some queries around the H1B Transfer
Query 1 - I am aware that I can start working with the H1B transfer receipt. However incase of failed H1 transfer ? Can i Still work for the current employer ? or will I be "out of status"?
Query 2 - Also in future, while switching to cap-subject employer, do I need to wait till approval or I can start working on receipt? I assume that as I was Cap COunted Earlier- I am exempt from lottery.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
