Please assist me..
My current H1B petition is ending on 30th of June. My employer is in the process to file extension by Jan 1st week in premium. therefor I will get decision within 15 days. My question is , Does UCSIS will approve my new petition from the date of current petition end (i mean from July 1st) or from filing date of I-129?
