maximum time to enter into US after getting VISA

hi i got VISA on 30th march. can u please tell me what is the maximum time to enter into US after getting VISA. actually iam planning for august. will i get any immigration problems if i enter after 5 months of stamping date

You can enter US anytime after the visa stamping.

but some one saying that our first visit should be within 3 months after getting visa......... is it right??????????

yes you are right,people will ask question at the port of entry that you position is still vacant or not if you go 5 to 6 months later/after getting the visa.

you should check the eployement starting date in your offer letter
if you already crosssed that date then you have to ask to send
latest offer letter saying that you position is still vacant from your US company/petioner.

i am doing samthing since 6 years for H1B holders.
