USCIS case status not updating

Is everyone's case status on USCIS's website up to date?

I sent my REF response to USCIS two weeks ago, the package is delivered. However till today the system still shows the old status "Request for Additional Evidence Was Mailed on Nov". Is that normal?

Am experiencing the same thing, ref mailed 31. I mailed evidence on the 8 and nothing has changed
