Does anyone received approval/RFE/Receipt for H1B transfer cases files recently in 2018 or late Dec 2017? We are seeing delay in receiving receipt notices and wanted to check if its an isolated problem or affecting everybody.

My petition (PP) was approved on 1/10 but attorneys haven't received original I-797A in mail yet.
