H1B stamping and 1st time H4 visa application

I created DS 160 for me and my wife and tried scheduling interview when trying to schedule interview I get some questions and answering them tells me to use dropbox option.
As this my wife's 1st visa stamping how will this dropbox option work for her. If i create another profile and try to create a schedule for her it tells me profile already present.
