Hi All,
Let me explain my situation first.
I was having H1B Visa for Employer "A" which was expired in Dec 2017 and I am in my country right now and employed with same Employer who filed my H1B.
My spouse is right now in USA on H1B through employer "B"
I am planning to go to USA at my Spouse'c place on H4.
My Question:
As my H1B is currently expired , can I apply for fresh H4 through my spouse's employer (i.e. "B')
Also, as my 6 years cap for H1B is not over yet , is it possible that in future if i get an opportunity In US from my Employer "A" to work ,I can again Switch back to H1 from H4?
How does this process works exactly wherein we can switch to H4 and then back to H1 if needed?
