Hi,
My situation is tricky here. I came to USA on F1 and now on h1-B currently valid till 2020. I do not have a project and my employer is not running my pay cheque.
Here are my questions:
1) Can I go to India now? and go for H4 stamping ?(my spouse has H1-B)
2) Will there be any additional questions from VO on my h1-B if I go for H4 stamping? (like, you were a USA student, H1-B approved, and why are you going on H4 etc). In those situations, what would be ideal way of answer to VO?
3) My spouse needs to go for stamping too. so can I go along or separately? (I heard if I go separately, there will be more questions than going together)
4) is there any chance that VO will reject my spouse VISA by looking at my situation (H1-B approved but came for H4 stamping)
5) Is that good that my spouse should go for H1-B stamping first to make it clear? and then i should for H4 stamping?
6) After coming to USA on H4, can I apply for H4 to H1 COS (under same/different employer of my H1-B) ?In that case, since my pay stubs are not running currently, will it effect COS ?
