A company filed my H1B COE under PP on 01/08/2018. The package reached USCIS WAC – California Service Center on 01/09/2018. As of 01/23/2018 the lawyers have not received the receipt number via email or regular mail. Has anyone else been facing delays getting receipt numbers via PP?
