My H1B petition is approved in April 2015. I went for the visa stamping interview in December 2015. Visa Refused and received email from consular Colombo in 2017 December.
“ Your application – AA00xxxxxxx – was refused under section 221(g) of the Immigration and Naturalization Act pending additional information from the petitioner. Our records indicate that the petitioner failed to reply within the required one-year time limit. At this point, this specific application is refused. If you believe you still qualify for the visa category, you are required to re-apply.
Can I find a new employer, transfer H1B and re-apply? Please advice me.
