I need some guidance as my lawyer is a bit conservative (to my opinion).
I am under OPT STEM extension expiring in March 2019.
Can I apply for H1-B this April (consular processing) and go on vacation in July (return beginning of August)?
Will traveling jeopardize my ability to work past March 2019 in case I am selecting (if there is going to be a lottery)?
