Hello immihelpers,
I have 2 questions -
1. Is there any limit on number of times my wife can schedule or go for H4 interview?
2. I came to USA on H1 VISA on January 24th 2018. My wife is in India. And am planning to ask my wife to go for H4 interview soon. My concern is that since I recently came to USA, I dont have any paystubs. Will that cause an issue whilst interview?
P.S. Reason we both didnt come together is coz my wife has a job in india and has to serve the notice period of 3 months.
