H1b extension/ renewal

I applied for H1b renewal on 5 feb 2018 and got a 221g to appear for in person interview. I attended the interview on 12th feb and the VO informed me that my case needs administrative processing and I can expect a result in 5 to 10 business days.

Has anyone gone through a similar scenario. I am a direct full time employee of a us tech company.
