MRV Fee via BPI Online banking for H4 visa not yet activated

Hi!

I paid for us visa fee for both my spouse and stepson amounting to ₱19760 via BPI Online on Feb. 13, 2018 4:14PM, PH time. Up until now, more than 60 hours after, the call center is still saying that it is still not activated. It has been deducted to my account already since I paid for it. Anybody having the same problem? I am kind of frustrated.

They just refunded it after the President?s day holiday. I repaid it, this time with TWO different MRVs via BPI online banking.
