Hi all,
I got H1B in Jan-2017. It was valid till Oct-2017. I have not traveled with this Visa to US. I'm in my Home Country itself till now. In Aug-2017, my employer filed for extension. USCIS raised a RFE for asking some documents, we have submitted all those. And in Feb-2018, it got denied. They mentioned, the reasons will be sent through mail. as mentioned below. Can someone let me know, what kind of options I do have to re-appeal the case?
On February 5, 2018, we denied your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number YYYY YYYY XX. We mailed you a decision notice that explains why we denied your case and your options. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your denial notice by February 21, 2018, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
