H1B Expiring in Sep 2018 n scheduled travel in June last week,Any issue @ P Of Entry?
Hi,
I have a plan to go to Home country in last week of June 2018 for 2 weeks, and my H1B is expiring in Sep 2018. While coming back to USA, can I expect any problem @ Prot of entry ?, Can port of entry officer say that i have only 2 months validity I797 and sent me back to home country ?
Also while I am in outside of the USA, is it possible to apply for extension before Sep 2018? Or is it ok if someone schedule their travel when their petition is pending for approval with USCIS ?
