H4 amendment for Family
I have recently changed my employer and got the approval copy for me H1B.
Also got the H4 approval copy for my wife but my 8 years old son's approval is missing.
Employer said USCIS is not issuing approval for minors. Is it correct?
My son can stay on my H1 or wife's H4?
It it correct.
Please suggest.In the receipt notice I have seen that both the names were mentioned but in approval notice only my wife's name is there.
