Approved H1B petition but employer not sharing any details
My employer has filed H1B and petition is approved. But employer didnt share any details neither case number in last 6 months. Now I have resigned from the company and my employer is saying that they will withdraw the petition. In such case, is there any way to retain H1B or get case number?
