    Will a dependant lose her h4 visa status, if the h1 visa holder dies? In this case, the h1 visa holder is threatening to kill himself. If he does that, will the h4 visa holder be deported? Thank you!!!!

    no. first of all divorce the guy coz he's got serious mental issues. then work illegally on H4 until you get amnesty.
