Help required related to ustraveldocs profile

Me on H1 and my wife on H4 both have I-797 extension approval notice.

She's going to India now for visa stamping. While filling out ustraveldocs form, they ask for petition receipt number.

Therefore, whose petition number would it be there. Is it mine or my wife's . Please confirm .

Some says to mention H1 primary petition number and some says to mention H4 petition number. I called customer support of ustraveldocs and they said if wife does have her separate H4 approval notice then give her in ustraveldocs profile. So confused now
