is my H1B cap exempted?

Hi,

I did my masters in USA and filed for H1B application last year (2017). My H1B was selected in lottery but rejected during processing of application. Now I am filing new H1B this year (2018). Is my new H1B is going to be cap exempted or is it going to go through lottery process again?
