H1 Stamping - W2 And tax returns

All,

I will be going for Stamping next week, I am in US from 2010, I dont have W2 for 2014 and also return ( form 1040 ) is missing. Is it a problem?
is there any easy way to achieve this?

Your tax returns have got nothing to do with your visa stamping.
