My H1B was in CAP count @2012 stayed in US for 2 years at US , is it still valid?

Hi ,

I applied for fresh new H1B @ 2012 and was in US for 2 years , returned back from US to india in 2015 for startup business .
its now around 2 years break .

I believe i am stilll elgible for 4 years of H1B visa counted under CAP (out of 6 years ).
I have 13 years mainframe experience with 2 year on startup founder business . now i want to again apply for H1B transfer and enter into US .

Since i am in india , may i know the process of how to renter into US . my old I757 petition and H1B visa got expiered just last month .


Please advise what are the channels and ways for me to renter ? thanks in advancce
