Hello,
My 6th year of H1-B is expiring by the end of July 2017. My Perm was filed on December 6 2017 and is in process. This is the priority date. Currently USCIS is processing August 2017 PERMs.
My employer is filing for H1-B extension. As of now, the status of H1B extension is that lawyer has received certified LCA.
Would I be able to extend my H1B ? If so, would it be extended for 1 year or just recapture months(i have some 3-4 months)?
What other options I have? Would I have to leave the country for few months?
